Refrigerator pressure technology is a processing method of well cover production. The hot forging technician of manhole cover manufacturing refers to adding short fiber into the mixed slurry, mixing evenly, and pouring the mixed chemical fiber containing slurry into the current mechanical equipment, namely the raised brick press silo; Apply the release agent on the concave mold of the well cover mold shell, and then extrude the mixed slurry from the extruder to fill the mold shell concave mold, and then perform extrusion processing. After extrusion, the finished product can be taken down after 5~10 minutes of drying.

The reinforced composite fiber clamping tube is arranged in the area composed of the bottom of the nodular cast iron manhole cover and the spherical shell, which improves the tensile strength and bearing capacity of the manhole cover. When the well cover is under working pressure, the spherical shell at the bottom of the well cover can evenly transmit and disperse the working pressure, avoid stress, make the well cover not easy to be damaged, and have a long service life. Short fiber is added in the method, and at the same time, an extruder is used to upgrade it to meet the extrusion requirements of magnesite mixture slurry, and then the traditional die processing process is abandoned, which greatly improves the well cover composite rate formed by magnesite, and its compressive strength, strength, impact resistance and other indicators also improve the cleanliness of the well cover surface.
